Customer Care
All products are made to order. Lead times are subject to lumber availability. Typical lead times on unfinished cypress are 2-3 weeks. Lead times on prefinished cypress are 4-5 weeks.
Specialty products such as Pecky Cypress are subject to large variations in appearance.
Cypress lumber is not perfect, please allow for 5-10% waste factor when ordering Select and #2. Pecky cypress should be ordered at a 50-70% waste factor depending on the customers desired look.
The customer is responsible for all unloading of product once at final destination.
Damage claims must be submitted on the date of delivery to be valid. All claims must be submitted to info@cypressdirectllc.com. Cypress Direct is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the unloading process.
All products are made to order, there is an initial 2-3 week manufacture time for unfinished products, and a 4-5 week lead time for prefinished. After the product is finished being produced please allow for an additional 1-5 day shipping time.
Order Arrival
Delivery is curbside, all products must be hand or machine (forklift) unloaded at your delivery address. If the product is going to a house currently under construction please use that address as the shipping address. Personnel and or machinery need to be at the delivery location prior to the arrival of the driver. A phone call and email confirmation will give estimated time of arrival. If the driver is not unloaded on the date of arrival there will be additional shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Non parcel deliveries are done via a 3rd party carrier and come on dedicated trucks that arrive at your specified delivery location. Shipping rates are based on per mile rate and quantity ordered.
Yes, we are currently offering free shipping to the southeast region of the US, for all orders 3000LF and over.
We deliver to the lower 48 states of the USA.
Yes, once your order ships you’ll receive tracking updates along with vehicle and trailer type of the shipper.
Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for covering these extra charges.
If you’re nearby, you can choose free in-store pickup at checkout. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.
